Keithmaxx Press has now been home to two of my newest reviews, namely the true tears and Toshokan Sensou anime series. I did mention before that my reviews are here to stay and will be an integral part of this blog so I hope I have not disappointed any of you guys so far. Some of you may notice the considerable change in presentation of each review, but in essence the content has stayed the same, if not improved for the better.

Now with all of the reviews I’ve been doing for the past two years already - and yes, it’s been going on for quite a while now - it’s become a tradition for me to do an annual recap statistics of the entries I’ve done. If you’re wondering just where are the rest of these are, you should check out my previous site’s reviews at Multiply. So, how does Keithmaxx Reviews stand now in 2008?

• Japanese Media Total: 73 = 38 + 35
  • Live Action: 8 = 2 + 6
    • Movies: 2 = 2 + 0
    • Series: 6 = 0 + 6
  • Anime: 60 = 33 + 27
    • Series: 51 = 29 + 22
    • Movies: 9 = 4 + 5
  • Manga: 5 = 3 + 2
• Other Media Total: 20 = 8 + 12
  • Movies: 5 = 4 + 1
  • Games: 5 = 1 + 4
  • Books: 9 = 2 + 7
  • Music: 1 = 1 + 0

Now that I look at all those figures, I myself am surprised to find that I have managed to exceed the previous year’s output at 47 reviews! While I’m not after the number of reviews put out, really, I do believe that at the very least the quality of these entries have improved considerably over the past year. And while the new reviews here at KP have a new extended format, I do hope that you guys are appreciating them with every new post!
